In sorted Portfolios, allow Project drag and drop

In Portfolio drag and drop icon for sorted Projects disappears. When projects are not sorted, it works fine.

Asana doesn’t see this as a bug because it’s working as intended, for better or worse.

The latest change to sorted portfolios that I received today no longer lets me drag and drop projects within a category. It worked until today. I’ve just voted for this feature request.
