In My Workspace, Team Member cannot see all projects, even though they are all public. How to fix this?


I’ve created multiple projects within My Workspace all of which are public to My Workspace. I have invited one team member as well to this workspace however he cannot see all of the projects, he only sees the one that I clicked on when sending his invite.

According to all the help documentation, he should be able to see all the public projects with the worksapce. How do I make sure that he can do this?


I believe it relates to the fact that in your workspace this person is what’s called a Limited Access Member. It is the equivalent of a guest in an organisation, they don’t see things unless invited on.

Can you access your Admin Console and check?
