I'm unable to track my time on any tasks/projects

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: For approx a week now, I have been unable to track my time or add/edit time on a task or project.

Steps to reproduce: I have logged out/in many times over the week and still no change. I have also sent an email (about 4 days ago) and have not gotten any response from you. I have cleared my cache as well as history in the 2 different browsers I typically use.

Browser version: Safari 13.0.1 and Chrome (current version)

Are you normally using Harvest to track your time?

I normally log in to Asana and am able to manage my projects/tasks from there as well as track the time on each. I don’t know of Harvest, but do have access to Everhour.

Asana itself doesn’t have a time tracking solution, but there are a few 3rd party integration (among which Everhour and Harvest) that allow you to track your time in Asana.

I would recommend reaching out directly to Everhour support team who has built this product and will be in a better position to help you troubleshoot and investigate this issue!
