I'm seeing "There's been an error" when I try to load the desktop app

I’ve reloaded my brower and deleted cookies as it recommends this below the error message but I still get the same error. I’m using Windows 10 and have the latest version of Chrome. Can anyone help please?

I did the same - deleted all cookies. I am on Apple MacBooks and access my account via GSuite Business SSO integration. My other SSO integrations are working and so is my GSuite Business account.
