You know the famous saying from the subway “If you see something, say something”. When it comes to privacy in Asana, it also applies.
The other day I was browsing through the account of a partner I was invited in. He invited me in a project we were working on together. I realized he probably invited me to the entire team by mistake.
I knew because I could see the team named after him, containing projects with pretty obvious names like “Private X”, “1-on-1 with Y”…
As soon as I realized his mistake, I reached out to him and after a few back and forth we were able to resolve the issue.
If you see something, say something!
