If there is a comment with a picture in a task, then the picture sometimes comes in the print and sometimes it doesn't

I have problem with print, if there is a coment with a picture ind a task. then the picture sometimes comes in the print and some times it dont.

Welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
Make sure to enable background graphics before print!
Now open the card in full screen and press ctrl + p to print the card then everything will be included!

Hi. This function is still not working for us on any seats despite the directions. I also had a thread here. Printing Tasks is not including Images / Pictures . Is there an update on what happened?
