What network resources should be available to add files?
Hi @Sergej_Mordvin, thanks for your report n and sorry for the trouble!
There is a 100MB per file limit for attachments from your computer. If you have a larger file, consider attaching it from Dropbox or Google Drive. If your issue is not related to the file size, in order to investigate this further, please confirm the following:
- Does the issue persists when you try from a incognito window?
- If you have any cybersecurity and anti-virus software enabled (for example Bitdefender), can you please try to disable it and confirm if the issue persists?
- What type of file are you trying to attach?
- Does the issue persists when you try from a different browser?
Looking forward to your reply!
Hi, Emily!
I think the problem is not in the file.
Yes, we have a closed private network. Internet addresses open upon request. Tell me what resources should be open so that you can upload a file
Hi @Sergej_Mordvin, thanks for getting back to me!
We received some reports and our development team confirmed it looks like it is Bitdefender that is causing this issue, specifically Endpoint Security for Mac. Bitdefender suggested that you can contact b2bsupport@bitdefender.com for support on how to fix this.
Some customers confirmed they could solve this entering URL exclusions for “*.asana.com” and “d3ki9tyy5l5ruj.cloudfront.net” in your policy at Network Protection > Global Exclusions. If you have more questions, please feel free to reach our to our Support Team: How to contact our Support Team ✉
I hope this helps!
