Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Files are not attaching to tasks. I have ensured they are under the upload limit. I have tried clearing my cache and restarting the browser but it doesn’t work.
The attachment uploads about an 8th of the way, then a notification comes up to say the attachment failed. This is an on-and-off issue.

Let’s see if we can resolve this together! First thing first, I have a few questions to ask you:
- @SheffieRobinson asked you a good question, can you confirm if you’re uploading from your Computer or a cloud storage? (my guess is that you’re uploading via your computer, but I just want to be sure!)
- Can you please log into your Asana account from other browser and confirm if you’re running into the same problem?
- What type of file are you trying to upload? Can you share the format?
