I’m looking for a list of all the tasks that I am a collaborator on. The “collaborator” feature is essentially useless without the ability to see the tasks in one view, let alone see them in your own “My Tasks.”
In another post, someone said you can use advanced search to find them by using the “toggle” on the right side of the search bar. My search bar doesn’t have a toggle, it has “CMD +K” and I can’t seem to remove it. Does anyone have a way I can see all of the tasks on which I’m a collaborator? Thanks!
Hi, thank you for the response! Unfortunately, clicking in the search bar doesn’t give me access to the advanced settings, as you can see in my screenshot below. I’ve turned off keyboard shortcuts in Asana settings and I’m still stuck with the “CMD+K” in my search bar. Any idea how to remove this so I can use the advanced search?
I’m really sorry, @Sasha_Tuel. I forgot that Advanced search is a paid feature. I realize, only now, that you must be on the free plan of Asana. Is that the case?
The only other approach could be external AI connector to Asana, like Claude Connect or ChatGPT. Not 100% sure of this, and Claude, for example, could require a paid plan on its side.
