How to set the default view for incompleted tasks only

Can Asana be set up so that the default is showing only your incompleted tasks, rather than all tasks? My team is getting very frustrated with the clutter of seeing completed tasks and annoyed at having to change the view each time they go in. Thanks.

Hi @Candace_Cowling, welcome to the Asana Community forum :wave:t2:

Great question! You can save your Project layout as defaulted to incomplete tasks only by following the steps here: How to use Asana, Asana tutorials, onboarding tips, and team use cases | Product guide • Asana Product Guide

I hope this helps

Thank you for that guidance. Feedback for Asana – I think it would make much more sense to have Incomplete Tasks be the original default, rather than having to set each project’s default. Project management focuses much more on what needs to be done than what has already been done. We already get input on what has been done through our inbox as collaborators. Just a thought from our team. Thanks.
