Something isn’t working in Asana and you suspect you’re running into a Bug? Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Access the “Report a Bug” subcategory
  2. Create a new thread in this Category and fill out all sections included in the description.

Make sure to include as many details as possible to help us identify the issue efficiently; we’ll be in touch as soon as possible and will escalate the issue to our Development team, so they can start working on it!
