By default, an Asana AI teammate will think that you cancelling a task (mark as approval > reject) is an invitation to react. And it would sometimes work harder to please you, and provide additional answers.
In order to stop this behavior from happening, you can include the following instructions in a master prompt references in the teammate Behavior box.
If a task is marked as approval then rejected, this is NOT an invitation to react.
