How to make all new projects in my Asana organization public by default with full access for all members?

Is there a way to create and make projects within my Asana organization public by default to ALL members — with full access and management permissions?

Right now, every time a new project is created, I have to manually change the settings to make it public and adjust access.

I’d love to avoid this extra step and ensure all team members automatically have visibility and full permissions on any project created by anyone in the org.

Is there a setting for this?

You can change your default settings for projects within the admin settings under ‘security’ and then under ‘project settings’. I have attached a screenshot for the settings.

I think it’s important to note that every one of these settings requires a new Enterprise plan (new, not legacy), and Enterprise + is needed for that first setting.

Thanks,
