Hi everyone,
I noticed that the options of project’s privacy have changed and you can choose only between

  1. Private to members
  2. Shared with organization

There is no option for team members , as before , and the project with this setting turned to “private to members”. So we have to invite all of the team members to every project or choose to change the projects settings to Shared with organization but we don’t want everyone in the organization to have access to every project .
Is there something that we can do except this ? Could you please return the settings to previous ?

Hope support returns this feature, cause for the new projects you can fix it. There is nothing easy that we can do for the projects we have already created.

i see that point. is the same strange decision as there is no possibility for the super admin to archive or delete project of which the owner has left the company. i think a super admin at least should have the rights to edit options like u mentioned.

@Καίτη_Ζαφείρη – it’s a great question. But, no worries. The functionality is still there… it’s just with different wording.

If you do not want the whole organization to see the project:

  1. set it to “Private to Members”
  2. and then add the team as a member.

Previously, you could only add individuals. But, now, in the share window, you can add entire teams as project members, and set the permissions level.

So, nothing has been lost. Just the wording and the way to do it has changed slightly.
