After a few years of poking around Asana off and on, our organization has finally decided to move to a paid plan. As I’m setting up teams to match our departmental structure, I discovered that a former employee created a team for “Production”. He’s no longer here and the team has no members, but the current day Production Department certainly is. My question: how can we reclaim this team so that we can begin using it?

If the team is “public” then anyone can join, otherwise, you’d have to create a support ticket: go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
