We’re doing an end-of-year lookback and want to report on specifics of our Asana usage. One stat I’m being asked for is how many automations, how many unique integrations, etc. are being used across our department’s workspace. I’ve searched Asana and the Forum for how to do this, but found nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi @Lynn_Makris ,
Is there anything you are looking for that is not visible to you through the Admin Console?
Unfortunately, the Admin Console doesn’t provide any of the answers I’m looking for. Thanks.
Hi @Lynn_Makris , the Apps tab in the admin console provides a list of connected apps along with information on last activity and members using each app in the last 90 days. Please let me know if there’s more detail that you need in this regard.
In relation to rules, each rule can be accessed individually to check activity. Rules are tied to specific projects, and projects live in Teams, so if your departments are aligned with teams in Asana, checking rule activity on a project level should give you that insight.
