How to create a rule for selecting options in a custom field that ignores previously selected options

Hello,

This is my situation: I have a custom field with a list of languages. When a language is ready, we tick the language and leave a comment to let everyone know. I’m trying to create a rule, but so far I’m only allowed this: when “custom field” is modified, leave a comment saying “Hey! the language “custom field*”* is ready.” But every time we click a new language, the rule will look at all the language options previously selected and list them all in the comment, so we don’t know which one is the latest.

Is there a way we can add a condition that says “ignore previous selected options”?
