I want to create a work tracker for myself that I can use to track the progress of all my projects and share it with my leaders for better visibility.
Which Use-Case Template should I use for this? Also, is there a way to add multiple Key Resources in the project?
In the project’s Overview tab, you can add multiple Key Resource files and links (but only one Project Brief).
Re the work tracker, I think your question is too open-ended to answer here.
If you’re on the Business or Enterprise plan, perhaps a Portfolio is a good solution, using a status for each project and/or a status for the portfolio as a whole.
Other solutions exist too, depending on specific intent.
