@paulminors good to see you back on the forum! Not sure I agree with the idea of deploying a “simple” AI Studio rule across the entire space, wouldn’t that become really expensive real fast? Can’t you do it with native rules? Maybe that was just an example to see AI Studio in action!

You can do it with native rules.
Just get an escalation-field 1 to 3. Everytime the date gets changed, add one to the escalation-field. When 2 do that. When 3 do that…
