As an Asana Services Partner, I help clients with exactly these questions daily.
But I don’t feel we can do justice to such a request in a Forum setting. Understanding your needs and your Institute’s workflow, volume, approach, and nature of the engagement with students (they’re external, right?) is key, and I believe that can only come from interactive workflow design sessions, not Forum posts.
@Rebecca_Hassett’s recommendation may work in a particular instance, but not others.
