How do I cancel my free trial?
After creating my account, there is this automatic 30-day free trial in using Asana. I would like to cancel this free trial before getting charged because I have decided that I will not use it anymore. There is also no “Cancel Trial” option in the Admin Console. Thank you!
Hi @Tristan_S_Ping-ay, welcome to our Community Forum! If you set up your free trial without card details, the trial will simply expire at the end of the 30-day free period, with no charge.
If you set up the trial with card details, you must cancel it via the Admin Console if it’s an Organization plan, or via the Team Settings page if it’s a Team plan.
