Cancel Free Trial

Hi,

I would like to try the free personal plan. I’m unable to cancel the 30 days free Advance plan.

I tried
1-Click on my profile picture and choose “Admin console”.
2-Click on the Billing section.
3 In the “Plan details” section, there is no option to cancel.

*I can go to the “Payment info” section to choose another plan, but the free personal plan is not there.

I read other posts and I tried to contact the support with the chatbot but can’t talk to anyone.

I beleive you have to wait until the 30 day trial period is over, at which point you can choose the free Personal plan.

Until then, make sure to not use any paid features such as custom fields, rules etc because they will be locked up or disabled.

You can review all paid features on Asana’s pricing page.

And then you have to carefully navigate the screens to go back to the free tier. This is possible, but not easy to find!
