@Phil_Seeman I started my Flowsana subscription two weeks ago and I have not been able to get set up properly. I have emailed customer service multiple times trying to get my connection correct and I am getting an automated response and I am still not connected. Also, I have asked multiple times to get a new password reset and still have not received a link to reset. I am so anxious to use this product as I know it will address lots of our productivity issues but I need help! Please help.

I only see one support ticket thread in our support system that you had with Laura on our team this past week, about users and accounts. There are no other support tickets from you in our system. Where are you sending your other emails to (be sure to use support@flowsana.net), and what’s the automated response look like?
Also, looking back in our logs to May 6, I just see one request for a password reset, from just now - it shows as successfully delivered to your mail server about 3 minutes ago - do you see it?
We’re happy to help and are very responsive; it seems like maybe there’s something fishy going on with your email?
