How are customer feature requests evaluated ?

Hello,
I’ve been using Asana for a little over a year. During that time, I’ve noticed that there are a fair amount of feature requests that never seem to get addressed.

For example:

  1. The need to assign multiple people to a task
  2. The need to set a “Completed Date” for a project.
  3. The ability to EASILY search for items with no due date
  4. The need for more flexibiltiy for recurring dates (I need the FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH)

What I find most frustrationg is that these requests are allowed to launguish with no real input from Asana development.

Can anyone tell me how these requests are evaluated and how that information is provided to the customers?

I apologize if this is addressed somewhere on the site - I have poked around some, but it’s possible I missed it.
