Seems a recent update in the task details pane has removed the tool tip pop-ups (sorry for the non-technical naming) which would display the field description and, as of recent, whether the field was shared in the library or it was private (I forget the exact wording).
These tool tips still show up when you hover over the field’s header in the list view, for example. The issue appears to be just in the task details pane.
Pinging the @Forum-team to escalate as a bug otherwise confirm this is indeed an unfortunate regression.
That’s a bummer since the description is critical especially since there isn’t a field name uniqueness anymore!

I’m happy to share that this issue has now been resolved. The tooltip pop-ups in the task details pane, including field descriptions and field visibility information, should now be displaying as expected again.

Hello, this issue still persists. I have encountered it on both the web version and the desktop version. Additionally, the problem where ‘the task description tooltip does not disappear after moving the mouse away’ has also occurred.
