Hover-over fields in task details pane no longer show field description

Seems a recent update in the task details pane has removed the tool tip pop-ups (sorry for the non-technical naming) which would display the field description and, as of recent, whether the field was shared in the library or it was private (I forget the exact wording). These tool tips still show up when you hover over the field’s header in the list view, for example. The issue appears to be just in the task details pane.
