Help with Forms: Access and Visibility Issues

Good morning,

I’m having some trouble using the form. I have a few simple questions:

1. How can I give access to a form I’m creating to all the users in my organization?
2. How can a user see all the forms they have access to? It seems that the link in the email is the only way to submit a form, and then it appears on the homepage under “recent forms.”

To answer your first question.
When editing the form ypu can go to the settings page for the form and change who have access to the form. Here is more info:

For the Second question:

Overview or library of all forms used in the organization

Hello everyone recently the wish for an overview of all forms currently in use in our organization has come up. It would be amazing if we had a “Forms” section in the sidebar for example. Maybe even with the ability to turn that section on or off for each individual user, though that wouldn’t really be necessary. Thanks!

Thanks! The answer to the first question is clear. However, my problem is that I would like to give access to all users within my organization, not to everyone.

So, my conclusion is that the answer to both questions is that it is not possible.
