Afin de pouvoir échanger avec un prestataire extérieur qui n’a pas accès à notre ASANA, nous souhaiterions pouvoir lui envoyer un mail automatiquement lorsqu’une tache est déplacé dans une section.
Ce mail devra avoir comme sujet Un champ personnalisé et comme contenu la description du ticket et l’ensemble des champs personnalisés.
J’ai tenté avec flowsana, mais le mail reçu ne contient que : “This is a notification informing you that in the Asana ‘Demandes interne’ project, this rule was fired from Asana’s rule engine.”
J’ai aussi tenté avec l’intégration gmail, mais le mail reçu ne contient qu’un lien vers la tache asana

In terms of Flowsana, that’s the default message you’ll get if you leave the “Optional email message Body” field blank. Instead, you should construct the email body you want to send, using our Variable Substitution feature. So for example, you could put something like:
In this example, Requester is a custom field.

Thanks a lot.
Zapier was a good idea, but finaly with the @Phil_Seeman ’ answer about the blank Body and the possibility to use Variable Substitution , all perfectly work as I expected.
