Hello - would be great to have the date range indicator that is given in Gantt view when grouping by sections (which spans the full length from earliest task start date to latest task end date) display when you group by other fields.
My use case is such that Im planning to categorize my tasks per phase of the construction project (Site work, foundation, envelope, roughs, etc) and I want to be able to collapse them down so I can focus on specific phases – but still have visibility on overall timeline of neighboring phases.
I have been shifting away from using sections outside of simple projects, as custom fields provide a greater amount of functionality or if I need the larger font format that sections provides over grouping by field.
Thoughts?
