I’d like to invite other members to my workspace, but that feature is not available because “invitation has not been sent”. I heard that the free version can be used by up to 10 people, is it impossible to invite them?

Sounds like you’ve likely hit your maximum user limit. You will need to deprovision some users before you can add new ones.
