Hello!
We have a free account we use for our small department (5 people/members), none of the other departments use Asana (they are missing out!).

We have had staff leave and they are still listed under the ‘people’ group and/or the ‘team’ members. I have searched the help articles and the forum, but none of the instructions on how to remove people work for the free account.

We now have a new staff member who we added to our ‘team’ (unsure the difference between the people list and the team list, we only have 1 team). They have been invited a few times, but are not seeing all the projects listed. Now when they log-in it stated that their ‘free trial’ is over and he can’t see anything anymore. Could we remove him (if we ever get that figured out) and start over with him?
Again, I have searched the help resources (which are not helpful for free accounts because we don’t have access to the same steps), and the forum and are unable to find the answers. The person who originally set us up in Asana is not longer here.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!
