Forms: use task template based on selection

I have a form with a selection box that has four items. I’d like the task that gets created by the form to use a different Task Template based on the selection (e.g., “Option A” would use “Task Template A”).

Now as a workaround what I usually do is using forms to achieve this.

Basically depending on the selection for the specific custom field you mentioned a rule can trigger and perform all the actions such as adding subtasks, assign the task, etc
