Forms should have a details option (Similar to Projects) for members of the Project to access. We have forms that were created and no way of knowing who was responsible for creating them without asking every member of the Project. When I click the Form in the customize menu of the Project, I only see whether it is active and what the form settings/options are. For a large organization we need more auditing tools or ways to monitor what people are doing within the application.

Within those details the ability to add just the names of those who can edit the form. I. could also see how many submissions per week/month.
I would also like to see on submit, the ability for the submitter to give feedback about the form into this details section of yours.
