I am getting mails of people trying to use the asana forms as they are not working.
Inconvenient, but as the error message appears it also shows a button “Go to Asana”. Which led several users to try and login to Asana (with their company e-mailadress) and so creating additonal users (and seats).
As discussed many times on this forum, this is not OK. As (super) admin you have no control over who joins Asana. In our case we used our maximum seats and as 2 people “joined indepentely” I will have to pay for 5 more seats. While these employees do not need Asana for their work.
