Two quick questions.
- Can you create more than one form per project? if so, where is the “NEW FORM” button?
- Is there a place where you can see all of your forms?
- (sorry!) Can you move forms from one project to another?

These are great questions! It’s currently not possible to create more than one form per project. We have an existing product feedback request for this feature Allow to have multiple forms attached to the same project , I recommend you to upvote.
We have recently launched a feature that allows you to duplicate forms. This means that when creating a project from a template which includes a form, or when duplicating a project containing a form, this form will automatically be copied over and generated into your new project. Although is not possible to move a form to an existing project, you can create new projects using your template form.
Lastly, you can find your forms when accessing each project but we don’t offer a forms library. I recommend you creating a thread in our #productfeedback category to allow other users upvote for this feature.

Asana just announced Forms branching - which may help with the need for multiple forms.

Forms should be able to be templatized. I understand that would also mean adding any custom fields manually to broken rules, but that’s kind of OK.
