I took a look at the report attached to the error message you’re seeing. It appears that you’re a Guest of your Organisation. In Asana, Guests can’t create new custom fields (see “Asana Tip” in Working with guests in an organization • Asana Product Guide) - this means that in Forms you can’t add fields like “Status” that will generate a new custom field in your Project. The easiest way to work around this is to ask a colleague who is a full member of your Organisation to set this form for you. You can also look into becoming a full member of the Organisation, providing you own an email address with the Organisation domain - to learn more about this, check out Working with guests in an organization • Asana Product Guide.
