The blue “Forms in this section” icon currently opens forms in edit view. It makes more sense for this to open in submit view so that users can easily submit new items. As it is, that button is easily visible & it makes no sense to have ready access to a functionality that is used rarely (if at all, once a form is built), instead of having it open the form in the view we want people to use regularly.
That’s a good point @Brian_Fewell. Noting it’s proximity to the + button to add a task to the project, which is what a form submission also does. Makes sense - voted!
Really hoping to get some movement on this. Seems like a simple fix and would help me clean up my starred items—I would not need to star the forms themselves if I just had quicker access to submission mode in the project list view.
