Form failure?

Curious why the form builder was changed. There was nothing wrong with the way the fields were listed for inclusion in the form.

Most importantly, the “paragraph text” field type is gone???

We use this field type for people to submit content to our marketing team, and I anticipate building additional forms that would need that kind of field.

Why was it removed? Why were unnecessary UI changes made when there are other places where improvements are actually needed?

EDIT: I found it! Why in the world would you make the UI less intuitive??? Who approved that??? Did you do any user testing?

I am a big advocate for Asana but y’all have made some pretty confusing & user-hostile choices with this.

Where did you find the paragraph? It’s not appearing on the dropdown menu for me.

It’s not in the drop down.

You have select “Text” from the drop down, then click this 2-sided arrow thing on the “Short text answer” box.

Like I said, this was a user-hostile choice that underwent absolutely no UI testing. Seems like the kind of thing a programmer would come up with rather than someone w/ UX training.
