Hello! I’m currently online, via my iPad app, but the tasks are not updating. Is it possible to tell/force Asana to update? I really don’t want to lose the work I’ve done. Please help!!
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this. There isn’t a way to force an update. I suppose worst case you could take a screenshot to save what the work looks like at the very least. For more resources on connectivity issues I recommend you visit this Guide article:

Maybe if you toggle Wifi off and on, the app might have some kind of trigger that the network is back on?
