Is it possible to only show unfinished tasks within a certain portfolio under “My Tasks”?
I currently have 3 portfolios, but only want to show 1 under “My Tasks”.
Also open to other workarounds (i.e., excluding certain projects)
@Joanna_Da_Lu - welcome to the forum! You could accomplish this with a saved advanced search, where search for tasks in a portfolio(s) assigned to you that haven’t been completed (example below):
If you need it to be in My Tasks, you’d probably need add some kind of field as a flag on all of those projects. Alternatively, you could explore the portfolio’s workload view and filter just for yourself.
