Fields are disabled in my Asana Starter plan

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
It happens that after a month of starting with the plan (Asana starter) my Reports panel and the custom field “Record your working hours” are disabled.

It appears that I should do an upgrade in my plan, but these two functions are supposed to come with the Asana Starter plan, can anyone help me?

Steps to reproduce: Can´t access to Reports and custom field “Record your working hours” panel appears as if I needed to upgrade my plan.

Browser version: Opera One(versión: 105.0.4970.60) (x86_64)

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)? Premium

Universal reporting and Time tracking are both Advanced, not Starter, features, so I’ve moved this thread out of the Report a Bug category.



@lpb If my team purchased the Starter plan for the whole year, is it possible to still make the upgrade? would we be paying only the difference? How does this work?

To create a support ticket, go to (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
