When I make a report’s dashboard, the custom field type I made that uses People doesn’t show up in the custom field queries when i search for my custom fields in my library.
I read that text types doesnt work, does it also apply the same with Peoples?

Asana does not share a public roadmap so not sure exactly if and when more features will be supported.
This is a problem for us as well. We do a TON of searches and reports and now our type = “People” are not an option to filter on anywhere.
Same here! We use this for our RACI matrix and I’d like to be able to show reports across projects
Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I’m trying to add a custom field as a filter for a bar chart, but it only shows a limited number of customer fields to choose from. I want to add the field name “agent” with field type “people”, it doesn’t show on the default listor search.
Steps to reproduce: Create chart, add filer using custom field with field type people.
Browser version: Using desktop app.

This is actually expected current behaviour and has already been reported by other users so I have merged your posted into this existing thread here. Hopefully the People field will be soon available in Reporting! 
Is there a way to confirm if/when adding the People field to Reporting is included in the Asana Roadmap for 2023?

Asana does not have a public roadmap so unfortunately we can’t tell
I think this ticket should have been merged with the other, more general description of the issue.
BUT…is there a solution for adding a custom field (that is in my org library) to be able to be added as a filter? I cannot locate any information on this. There are 4 fields I need to be able to filter by (2 currency fields, a percentage field, and a formula field).
How do I do this?
