What do you mean by “highlight?” Like a yellow highlighter pen? Colors? Backgrounds? It would help to add more detail so it’s clear what you’re asking for.
You can do basic rich text as a workaround. In case you weren’t aware of some of the existing options:
Don’t forget to click the title to scroll to the top and vote by clicking the Vote button (like I did); that’s the quickest and most effective way to express your support for a request.

Yes, a highlighter pen. Three color options would be great (yellow, blue, green? - doesn’t matter for my specific use case).
