I’d love to see support for the full range of emojis as reactions to tasks, comments, etc. in Asana. Nearly all other software has moved in this direction (most chat programs, social media, even Google Docs has this now). There are lots of times when a quick emoji reaction could save a full comment cluttering up the comment history, but still add collaborative value to a task or thread.
I think that I agree with this.
For some reason, sometimes just giving a thumb or like reaction in my country, it has lot of interpretations, if only it has few option for that tasks or comment as he mentioned above.
Maybe like LinkedIn like options: Like, Celebrate, Support, Love and Insightful.

Cultural differences is a another great reason to add this. IMO it still should allow any emoji to be a reaction, similar to what most messaging solutions do (eg: apple added this to their messaging solution not that long ago).

It did. We’ve been using it throughout our teams recently, and it’s really helped folks be more expressive in a quick way that doesn’t balloon comment history. Thanks so much!
You’re absolutely right, @JeremieBergeron! thanks for sharing the update! We’re currently running an experiment with 50% of selected customers. This will run for a few weeks, and if we decide to roll it out to all customers after the experiment, we’ll be sure to share the news here 
Ah, interesting. Well fwiw, the folks I work with are all quite happy with it. Here’s hoping it becomes a permanent feature

It looks like the experiment has ended and the reactions feature has disappeared? It was extremely useful and made a big difference in our workflow. Looking forward to a 100% rollout!

Folks that I work with are all surprised to find this disabled today too. We really liked a broader range of reactions, and hope it comes back!
