Files are downloading extremely slowly from Asana. It takes 5 minutes to download 7 megabytes. The same file downloads in 2 seconds via gmail.

Apologies for the trouble here. In order to investigate what could be causing this slowness would you mind trying the following steps:
- Could you try to reproduce this from another browser and let me know if you’re still experiencing this slowness?
- Could you also log in from an incognito window and confirm if the problem persists there too?
This should help us understand what might be causing the slowness or at least narrow down the possible causes.
I am having same issue as @Nat_Crawford describe, every morning for 2 or 3 hours I face this issue. I don’t know why? I tried to change browser also tried in incognito mode but no luck. I am having same issue on app as well.
