I want to export a list of tasks from a given project.
When I execute the export CSV feature I simply receive an automated browser note that reads “Your CSV is being generated. You will get an email when it is finished.”
More than an hour later, still no email or CSV and no where to go to check the progress of the request. All outlook folders have been checked (Junk, Focused, Other).
That doesn’t sound right.
Maybe reloading Asana and trying again helps?

@Kevin_Siegmund You can also check your Download folder to see if the file was actually created. Usually (in my experience) these are generated fairly quickly.
I checked and there is nothing so far. Maybe the AWS outage affected something. Thanks
@Kevin_Siegmund - Just FYI – on larger projects with a lot of tasks and some tasks and custom fields, even though I haven’t timed it, I do remember that it took much longer than I had expected.
So I’d encourage you to circle back and check again if you haven’t yet received a solution from support.
