csv export not appearing

When trying to export a project to CSV, I get a message saying that the export is in progress and I’ll receive an email when it completes. After waiting several hours there is no email (junk checked) and the export appears to be still in progress. There are around 480 tasks in the project, with about 10 custom fields in each task.

I have exported the same project to CSV many times in the past.

Any help appreciated.

In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team by following the steps below:

Our Support team has access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team to be able to assist you further with this CSV export.
