Need the ability to export the Gantt as a PDF

I agree completely. We need this ability.
NEED this!!
I want to convert the Gantt chart into pdf so that I can email/print it.
Exporting projects into csv loses all the Gantt features.
Creating screenshots is cumbersome and does not look professional.
Welcome to the forum @Aarti_Shah !

Hi all, for what it’s worth, checkout https://www.instagantt.com/ (no affiliation) for a very decent export to PDF. Free for up to 3 connected Asana projects!
Great recommendation Richard. I love love love Instagantt as a workaround for exporting high res PDFs. I used it previously when Asana didn’t have the gantt view, but now only use Instagantt purely for exporting.
If Asana can implement a few more features into its Gantt view such as the ones below, we can safely get rid of Instagantt completely!
Asana Gantt Wish List
- Export to PDF
- Lock/unlock individual due dates regardless of task type.
- Get rid of the annoying and unnecessarily long and windy dependency lines!
Hey @Zhamatix , great suggestions! Make sure to search the forum and vote for your other two suggestions. If you can’t find one, feel free to create a new topic in English Forum > Product Feedback.
FYI, it’s forum policy to keep feedback separated so it’s clear what we are voting for
PS: I see you have voted for improving dependency lines. And restrict due dates is already available.
