I used the app a couple of days ago when 2 of my projects were there, now they have disappeared and it is causing issues when i go on to Instagantt via asana; it needs me to log out every time i click on the project name and won’t let me go any further.
My tasks from that project are there but i’m unsure if this is because they were already assigned to me.
The Teams i was apart of have also disappeared.

It sounds like you may have been logged into the wrong Asana instance.
Click on the coloured circle in the top right corner (or your profile photo) and check the list of Asana spaces (workspaces or organizations, associated with your Asana account). Make sure to click into the correct one so that it opens a new Asana tab which should have your teams and projects appear there.
This should logically also correct the issue you are facing with Instagantt.
Additionally, try logging in from an incognito/private tab - that may also help work out the issue.

I’ve tried both but still hasn’t corrected it.
Could it be that the group was created by another user, who has since left the business? He is still showing up in my frequent collaborators and in the past, the projects haven’t disappeared when someone has left.
Hey @Georgia_Tinker , you could try to upload screenshots or better yet a video, although I understand that may be tricky without showing any private information. There is also a limit to how much we volunteer forum leaders can help here in the forum. I would suggest you create a support ticket with Asana, as I mentioned above.
