Exclude Collaborators

Hello!

Given the sensitive nature of some of our conversations, particularly those involving discussions about senior employees, we’ve observed instances where there have been close calls with unintended additions to these conversations.

To safeguard against potential breaches of confidentiality, is there any consideration to Asana adding a new capability: No collaborators can be added to a project without explicit approval from an admin or project owner, or a way to specifically exclude a team of users being added?

This rule aims to prevent accidental inclusion or tagging of individuals in highly sensitive discussions, ensuring our communications remain secure and within the intended group. We believe this will enhance our project management process, particularly for the executive team project, by maintaining the integrity and privacy of our discussions.

Thoughts?
